Italian gothic metal band Lacuna Coil have announced a Spring 2026 U.S. tour in support of their latest album Sleepless Empire. The tour launches March 24 in New York City and runs through May 1 in Albany, bringing the band through theaters and mid-sized venues across the country. Escape The Fate will join the tour as direct support, with VOWWS and AXTY appearing on select dates.
Formed in Milan in the mid-1990s, Lacuna Coil have spent nearly three decades building a career rooted in gothic atmosphere, alternative metal, and dual-vocal dynamics. Fronted by Cristina Scabbia and Andrea Ferro, the band gained international recognition with albums like Comalies and Karmacode, later expanding their sound with releases such as Dark Adrenaline and Black Anima. Throughout their career, they have maintained a steady presence on the road, particularly in the U.S., where their fanbase continues to grow.
Their latest album, Sleepless Empire, continues that evolution, blending heavier production with melodic structure and darker lyrical themes. Songs from the record have already appeared in recent international performances, and this upcoming U.S. tour marks the first full domestic run supporting the album.
The Spring 2026 itinerary includes an Atlanta stop at Hell at The Masquerade on April 25, a venue closely tied to the city’s metal scene. Tickets for all dates go on sale Friday, December 19 at 10:00 AM local time.
