John Mellencamp Announces 2026 “Dancing Words Tour - The Greatest Hits”

John Mellencamp has announced his 2026 Dancing Words Tour - The Greatest Hits, a 19-city U.S. summer run celebrating his most beloved songs. The tour kicks off July 10 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and will take Mellencamp across major markets including Chicago, New York, Tampa, Houston, Phoenix, and Los Angeles.


Fans can expect a setlist full of classic hits such as “Jack & Diane,” “Pink Houses,” “Hurts So Good,” and “Small Town” alongside fan favorites he hasn’t played live in many years. Early artist presales begin ahead of the general on-sale, which starts January 23 at 10 AM local time.
